Hello everyone and welcome!
Thank you for coming along to my blog where I write about anything that inspires me and I am continuing to keep learning about life and myself.
My name is Zoe and I am 23 years old, all the way from the U.K.. I graduated from De Montfort University in 2018 with a First Class Honours in Dance and my current day job is a performer and dance artist.
I have come a looooong way since I started my blog in 2014, from following too many fitness and #cleaneating trends which really took a toll on my mental and physical health, to the present day where I am (as cliche as it sounds) discovering myself and creating content that truly inspires me.
Formally known as ‘Healthy Strawberry’, in 2020 I decided to change the name of my blog to: The Zoe Edit.
As my blog continues to grow, I continue to learn more about myself and what I’m truly passionate about. This includes self-love, lots of food (peanut butter and brunches are a major obsession of mine), travel, Arts, and voicing my thoughts on topics I need to splurge and write about.
This blog is a little place for me to share my thoughts, creativity, and what I truly love to write.
